  1. Deep breathing for 5 minutes with religious music and subdued lights. Music is required for your thoughts to focus on breathing rather than going haywire.

2. Finger mudras – keep your thoughts on top of the head while doing this.

3. Find your balancing point – this one will take practice. When you are totally relaxed after the first 2 steps, you will be able to find your balancing point. It could be within your body or outside your body in your auric field.

4. Sit straight and keep your palms straight without touching any of your body part. Now do meditation for expansion. This will smoothen any roughness in your aura. An easy way to start this is to focus your thoughts at a point 10 feet above your head.
