Instead of the cliche negative sentences, create and try saying good versions of it.
Whenever we are angry, irritated, sad or depressed about the self or others:
we keep saying negative sentences such as:
I know nothing good will happen to me.
That person is obstinate.
Nobody cares for me.
He remains angry and irritated.
She doesn’t listen ever.
And so on —-
Whenever there is an emotional upheaval – try saying the good substitute for the often-repeated negative sentences
Like
I know I can turn things around in my favor.
That person is flexible and will do good.
Everybody cares for me or I will start caring for others.
He will gain control of his anger if he tries as anger impacts one’s health.
She will start listening now for her own good.
This will start changing the effect of the “often repeated negative sentences” and start making changes for the good of the self and others.
Towards a brighter future.
