Peace & Chaos

A person is sitting peacefully – all content & happy.

Suddenly a negative emotion or a hard task comes up.

The peace of the person is disturbed.

It could be fear, hatred, jealousy, anger or any other emotion that comes up.

Now you cannot keep sitting peacefully when you are all worked up.

And when we say – face your demons, it might be easier said than done.

Practise this:

The first reaction of unease is natural.

To let it keep disturbing your mind for long is what makes many avoid difficult tasks.

Bringing yourself to neutral and starting to find solutions is a better choice.

And remember – find all available solutions;

and write these options.

It might take 2-3 days, less or more to finally reach somewhere and NOW you can start working on it.

And as you keep working and learning – you will have made substantial progress over a period of time.

A thorough study and well-planned effort will do wonders – organized life.

This is far better than sitting and brooding for long periods of time and doing nothing.

Doing nothing will create fear and uncertainty which affects your mental health – disorganized life.

What course of action will you take?
