When you are waiting for something – for less time or more – don’t feel anxious or irritated.

Do any of these things listed below:
Deep breathing to a count of five, ten or more depending on your wait time.
You can do this wherever you are at that moment.
Chant a mantra – similarly – five, ten or more times.
Focus on any chakra – specially in a rotating position.
Do any other type that keeps you busy for that waiting time.
You will have energized yourself during that wait time instead of feeling irritated or down with tense nerves.
Write in a journal how you managed your waiting time successfully.
