When you are in trouble – you might be feeling a lot of pressure.

Uncertain of what to do and where to start.

You might be feeling total darkness around you.

Use this and go to the depths of your heart. How?

You are already at the bottom of your existence.

Challenge yourself and find one way to go a step higher from where you are.

Write about your problem and think whatever you can.

Now take a break and do something that relaxes your mind.

Again, work on the problem, talk to people.

Take another break and do something that relaxes your mind.

And so on.

It might be quick or take some time, but you will “find one point of hope”.

You will find more light – keep adding.

You will definitely reach somewhere.

This will be a better place of many probabilities rather than total darkness/depression.

Remember that you should avoid – NOT doing anything. Always do something about your situation.
