How can you keep your energy and light intact?

Have you ever felt any of these:

You suddenly have an urge to eat or drink something

Or suddenly there is a change in your mood

Or there starts an ache or pain in any part of your body even if you have been taking good care of yourself

Or you have some constant irritation surrounding you even if deep inside you are not angry

Or someone you know starts behaving totally different from his/her usual self: like saying something very unreasonable or hurtful

Afterwards the same person might be laughing and be his/her normal self and not even remember what he/she said

All the above and more could be outside energy influences. Take care of yourself.

Light an earthen lamp or candle and pray to God

Practice deep breathing

Go out in nature

Keep your body fit and healthy

Do small things that keep you happy

Spend your time doing constructive things

Feel gratitude for all the good things you have

Practice laughing when you are down

Continuously think about good things to clear the fog of miserable helplessness that surrounds you

Add any more techniques that you know to uplift your mood & maintain it

This will ensure that you take good care of yourself in tricky situations
