Your speech and your aura

Speaking in different tones can increase your body awareness and take it to the next level.

First check your normal voice and speak.

Then practice with a tone lower than this and speak.

Then practice with a tone lower than this and speak.

Then practice with a tone lower than this and speak.

Now you should be silently speaking just in your mind.

When you speak normally or in a pitch higher than the normal, you are using more energy.

A high-pitched or anxious tone is usually accompanied by shallow breathing and tension in shoulders/jaw.

Your auric form is at some distance to your body.

As you keep lowering your tone your auric form is moving closer to your body. A calm, lower tone often slows breathing and relaxes muscles — improving emotional regulation, digestion, and immune response.

When you are silent — your auric form aligns with your body.

If you do it right — speaking/singing silently and lowering the speed also — your aura goes at the back of your body. It strengthens the total physical and auric structure.

I usually sing along with some spiritual song and as the time passes and towards the conclusion of the song — I am silently speaking/singing the words to myself.

This instantly creates relaxation and calmness in the body. My song is of one hour and at the concluding stage my etheric body seems to rise above my physical body. Like raising your vibrations. It is a very beautiful experience.
