We often read the dimensions like this:
A point is a zero dimension.
A line is only one dimension.
A square is two dimensions.
A cube is three dimensions.
What does a 4th dimensional being look like? And how does this exactly work? Check the drawings.
A three-dimensional person (human being) can see everything on a two-dimensional paper.
Similarly, a fourth dimensional being can see everything in a three-dimensional world.

A caterpillar-like structure for a human being is the 4th dimension. Where all his past lives and future lives are in a straight line.
One segment of a caterpillar represents one life for a human being.
A 4th dimensional being knows all past, present & future.
A 3rd dimensional being is present in a given period of time.
Facts about caterpillars and butterflies:
The way a caterpillar moves — appears to be measuring the earth.
Caterpillars move by contracting and relaxing muscles in their body segments. It creates a wave-like motion that moves them forward or their bodies become waves.
The 4th dimensional being also could be moving like a wave of light when travelling in a 3 dimensional world.
The caterpillar hatches from the egg and its primary focus is eating and growing. It sheds its skin multiple times as it gets bigger. This is called molting.
The human being has to undergo a lot of changes as the drama of life unfolds.
A caterpillar transforms into a butterfly through a fascinating biological process called metamorphosis — a complete transformation.
Once it’s fully grown, the caterpillar forms a chrysalis (also called a pupa), often hanging from a branch or leaf.
This is the most mysterious stage: from the outside it looks still, but inside, the caterpillar is completely reorganizing itself.
And then finally it develops into a beautiful butterfly.
In short — a caterpillar doesn’t “grow wings” — it dissolves itself and rebuilds into something entirely new.
It is one of nature’s most profound symbols of transformation and rebirth.
Just as a caterpillar surrenders to stillness before becoming a butterfly, the human soul — when it embraces life’s trials with patience and wisdom — undergoes a quiet metamorphosis. In the process — it becomes more resilient, more whole, emerging closer to its divine self.
