Keep a little flow around you for creating a better you.
Why do acts of kindness and having a feeling of gratitude keep you happy?
Because your nerves receive soothing vibes like soft air flowing around.

When you are rude/angry/shouting etc – you become choked.
As if you throw a huge stone at the door to block the way.
Nerves become tense, and rigidity of behavior creates blocks in your aura.
Being calm lets soothing vibes flow around you. To take nourishment from earthly air as well as cosmic intelligence.
Like a plant nourishes itself when it is firmly rooted in the soil. It is able to receive nourishment from the soil and atmosphere. If you keep shaking the plant – it will not be able to flourish.
It doesn’t mean you have to keep smiling when you are angry. You need to first channelize your anger in a proper way.
If you make up your mind that anger will not help you at all – you can shift towards being neutral – and from here start to find a way out or solutions for the problem which is causing anger in you.
This is how you channelise anger or your other negative emotions.
When you are sick – your body’s energies get clogged at places.
It gets worse as you keep thinking about the sickness or pain in a particular part of your body.
If you are taking all medicines in time and a good diet,
doing meditation/ listening to soothing music/visualizing positive energy flow around your body, or surrounding the sick area with soothing light of your choice – helps you heal faster. {if you are in a position to do these without discomfort}
Think about the world and the cosmos where everything is in flow. Even stagnant water becomes dirty and flowing water keeps clean.
If you are tense about things – thinking continuously about it and not doing anything is the worst thing. This is again creating blocks.
Write down your problems and solutions available. And work on these. This starts a flow again and will bring results based on your efforts.
It is as if continuously working on a topic opens up the gates of solutions for you.
Think of it as an area around your house where you go daily. Instead of a place where you seldom go. Which path is easier to tread? Similarly, if you put in efforts on a difficult topic daily/frequently – it will start becoming easier for you.
Everything already is in a state of flow. We are not able to perceive it.
Anger/negative emotions will cut your basic natural flow with the surroundings.
Good thoughts will increase your basic connection with nature and cosmos.
