Living like a drop… when you’re an ocean?

Like – an ocean is not created by a single wave. In the same way, you are not defined by a single emotion, failure, success, or chapter of your life.

Most of us spend a surprising amount of time defining ourselves by how we feel in a particular moment.

A difficult day makes us feel inadequate.
A setback makes us feel incapable.
A period of uncertainty makes us question our potential.

But a moment is not a measure of who you are.

Some days, you feel small. Your confidence shrinks. Your energy fades. Your world feels no larger than a single drop of water.

You see only the surface, not the depth beneath it.

Within you are different possibilities, strengths, talents, dreams, and ways of being that may not always be visible on the surface.

The challenge is not discovering a completely new self.

The challenge is allowing more of yourself to emerge.

The courageous version.
The creative version.
The patient version.
The confident version.
The compassionate version.

They already exist within you.

The real question isn’t who you are.

It’s how much of yourself you’re living.

And the next step in your growth is not becoming someone else but becoming more fully yourself.
